Synopsis
Teen girl Suzume meets a mysterious traveler searching for strange doors that open to disasters. After she accidentally frees a force, earthquakes threaten Japan. They travel across the country closing doors, confronting memories, loneliness and guilt, while Suzume learns courage, love and acceptance through protecting people and her younger self.
