Synopsis
At a massive music festival, world famous singer Uta reveals herself and promises to create a peaceful new world with her song. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates enjoy the concert until her powers trap audiences in illusions. They must stop her twisted dream and save everyone trapped inside forever.
